On 24 December, Tunisha Sharma, who was performing as Shehzaadi Mariam in Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul, committed suicide on the set of her show. According to a police official, the actress hanged herself in one of the makeup rooms. She was taken to the hospital right away, where she was pronounced dead.
